Learn to weave a light with me
This October I'm running my first ever weaving workshops as part of Geelong Design Week.
You'll spend the morning with me learning the handweaving technique behind Alice, one of my most loved Baya designs. I'll show you the weave stitch by stitch, the same technique I use in every Skye Lightly piece. Once you've got the basics, you get to play. A bolder block of pink here, a little less of another shade there. By the end of the morning, it's genuinely your own.
No experience needed. Just bring yourself, everything else is provided.
Saturday 3 and Saturday 10 October, 10am–1:30pm, at Hope & Autumn. Only 10 places each session.
