Made to Order & Delivery Timelines
Most Skye Lightly pieces are made to order, with a lead time of 3–6 weeks to allow for the slow, handcrafted process. If I have a piece ready to go, I'll endeavour to dispatch within 2 business days.
For custom commissions or large-scale orders, lead times may vary — I'll confirm an estimated timeframe when we finalise your order.
Shipping Rates — Australia
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on the cubic weight of your order, which reflects the size and space your piece takes up in transit. Rates vary by destination across Victoria, Eastern States, and regional/remote Australia.
Studio Collection
Free pick-up is available from the Torquay studio by request. Please allow 24 hours for preparation and get in touch at hello@skyelightly.com.au to arrange.
International Orders
I happily ship worldwide. Please email hello@skyelightly.com.au with your delivery address and the pieces you're interested in for a custom freight quote.
Responsibility & Insurance
All parcels are shipped via trackable methods. Once dispatched, Skye Lightly cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost or damaged in transit. If you'd like to add insurance for peace of mind, please get in touch before your order is shipped.
