Shipping & Delivery

At Skye Lightly, every piece is woven with care and intention. My goal is to deliver your order in the quickest and most economical way possible, while also packaging sustainably using recycled boxes and plastic-free materials wherever I can.

Made to Order & Custom Timelines

Most Skye Lightly pieces are made to order, with a lead time of 4–6 weeks to allow for the slow, handcrafted process.

For custom commissions or large-scale orders, lead times may vary. I’ll provide you with an estimated timeframe when we confirm your order.

If I happen to have items in stock, I’ll endeavour to ship your order within 2 business days.

Delivery Options

  • Standard delivery: $40 (Australia Post, trackable service)

  • Studio collection: Free pick-up from the Torquay studio (available by request; please allow 24 hours for preparation).

  • International orders: I happily ship worldwide. Please email hello@skyelightly.com.au with your delivery address and products of interest for a custom freight quote.

Responsibility & Insurance

All parcels are shipped via trackable methods. Once dispatched, Skye Lightly cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost or damaged in transit. If you’d like to add insurance for peace of mind, please email me before your order is shipped.
