Shipping & Delivery

Skye Lightly’s goal is to deliver your order in the quickest and most economical way possible. Shipping charges and delivery methods are quoted at checkout.

For items in stock Skye Lightly will endeavour to ship your order within 2 days. If you have requested a custom order we will email you to discuss the lead-time but please expect that it will likely take 3-6 weeks due to the slow process to handcraft each item.

Skye Lightly uses Australia Post for all parcels.  All orders will sent via trackable methods.

Standard delivery - $30

Express delivery - $38

Free pick up from Barwon Heads can be requested via email. Please allow 24 hours for pick up orders to be ready for collection.

Skye Lightly does not take any responsibility for orders once they are dispatched. Please understand we cannot accept liability for any parcels that may become lost or damaged in transit. If you require insurance for your parcel please email us to arrange.
