All products are designed and handcrafted in Torquay, Australia.

Products & Orders

Most Skye Lightly pieces are made to order, with a production lead time of 4–6 weeks.

Custom commissions may require longer timelines, which will be discussed and agreed upon at the time of order.

Colour and size variations are natural due to the handmade process; each piece is unique.
Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in AUD.

Payment must be made in full before goods are shipped. For custom orders, a deposit may be required before work commences, with the balance due upon completion.

Skye Lightly reserves the right to update prices at any time.
Shipping & Delivery

Standard delivery within Australia is via Australia Post trackable service. A flat rate of $40 applies.

Free pick-up is available from the Skye Lightly studio in Torquay by arrangement.

International orders are welcome—please contact us for a custom freight quote.

Once dispatched, Skye Lightly cannot accept responsibility for parcels that are lost or damaged in transit. Insurance can be arranged upon request.

Sustainable packaging is used wherever possible, including recycled boxes and plastic-free materials.
Returns & Exchanges

Due to the made-to-order and handcrafted nature of each light, returns are not accepted for change of mind.

If your item arrives faulty or damaged, please contact hello@skyelightly.com.au within 7 days of delivery with photos and details so we can resolve the issue.
